Digital tickets can be purchased through the Orpheum Theater website. Physical tickets can be purchased at our satellite box office located at Rainbow’s End Boutique during their operating hours.
Most events and concerts at the Orpheum Theater are all ages. However, please check each specific listing on the concert calendar to be sure.
Discounts are available for children 2-years-old and younger. However, please check each specific listing on the concert calendar to be sure.
As a result of Covid-19 we have moved to e-tickets or print-at-home tickets only. So even if you forget your print-at-home ticket you will be able to bring your ticket up on your phone as it was emailed to you upon purchase.
Upon arrival to the front entrance, please have your bags open and available for inspection. The Orpheum Theater management reserves final decisions on items brought into the venue. For a full list of permitted & prohibited items, click here.
At our venue, both the main floor and lounge area are wheelchair accessible and equipped with accessible seating. We do not have wheelchairs available for rental. You may choose to remain in your wheelchair or transfer to a venue-provided chair. If you would like a chair, please notify a staff member in your area and we will be glad to store your wheelchair near your row.
There is no designated parking for the Orpheum Theater, though there is ample street parking in the downtown area in addition to a large parking lot south of the tracks on Phoenix Ave. Information about Downtown Flagstaff’s paid parking can be found here.
Yes, The Orpheum has two full-service bars serving a full array of libations. We have a large beer and liquor selection as well as wines.
The Orpheum Theater is a completely smoke-free establishment. At most shows we have an outside smoking area but capacity can be limited. Please ask a staff member where to find the smoking area and they’ll direct you. Nicotine Vapor devices are permitted ONLY in the outside smoking area. THC vapor devices are strictly prohibited everywhere at the theater.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the venue, including vape pens. For most shows, a designated smoking area is located outside in the west lot of the theater. All marijuana products are prohibited at the Orpheum Theater. While recreational marijuana is legal under specific circumstances in the state of Arizona, it is not legal to consume marijuana in public. Public usage may result in citation or arrest.
Service animals are permitted in the theater. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals as defined by the 2010 ADA Guidelines. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained. If a service animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may include re-arranging seating or removal of the service animal from the theater.
We have two ATM’s, one outside the venue and one inside by the Small Bar.
Yes, during the colder months only. We also have the famous coat hooks inside the lounge.
Unless specifically posted at certain shows The Orpheum has a strict no re-entry policy. Please make sure you have all your items (phone, wallet, medicine etc.) before entering the theater.
The Orpheum Theater provides a Men’s, Women’s and gender neutral/accessible/family restroom, all located near the front entrance of the venue in the lobby area.
Should medical attention be needed, there is staff available for assistance. The Orpheum can supply basic first aid but will quickly call 911 for further assistance if needed.
Items found during an event are taken to our designated lost & found area backstage. Contact a staff member for assistance, or call the theater during business hours.
